Questions
Which languages does gohotel.io speak?
Four: Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese. A guest can call in any of the four, and the request is filed as a routing card for the right department. Recognition accuracy and latency for each language will be published with their dates once measured.
Where do guest requests go?
To the right one of nine departments. gohotel.io classifies the request, sets its urgency and files it as a card for that department. Requests that depend on availability, such as a late checkout, go to the front desk, which confirms and calls the guest back.
Is gohotel.io in service at hotels yet?
Not yet. It is production-ready, with a pilot at Grand Hyatt Jeju for the in-room voice concierge. The routing-card demo is a synthetic script, labeled as one on screen. When the Aria call panel shows on this page, that call is real: it goes to the pilot setup on gohotel.io's voice console.
What does gohotel.io cost?
Small properties pay $199 a month for 500 minutes. Midscale hotels pay $999 a month for 2,500 minutes, and the deployment fee can be waived. Resorts are quoted after a discovery session. Prices as of October 13, 2026.
Who handles complaints and off-script requests?
A person does. gohotel.io takes each request, sorts it and sends it to the right department. Complaints, requests outside the script and decisions that depend on availability go to your staff, and the departments still do the work itself.
