Questions people ask before a pilot.
What does Aria not do?
Aria takes the request and routes it; your departments do the work. Complaints, off-script requests and anything that depends on availability, such as a late checkout, go to your staff.
What is recorded, and how is it deleted?
If you call Aria here, your voice goes through LiveKit to gohotel.io's voice console, which may record and log the call under gohotel.io's own policy. This site's server keeps no audio or transcript; it holds your IP address in memory for up to an hour after your last call, only to limit calls. A synthetic replay records nothing. Is the call on this page real?
When the call panel shows, yes: it connects to Aria on gohotel.io's voice console, set up as in the Grand Hyatt Jeju pilot. The routing card and any replay are synthetic examples, and are labeled so on screen.
Which PMS does it work with?
gohotel.io comes with an ops console, and the CRM is optional. Which PMS you run, and how requests reach it, is settled in a working session.
What does it cost?
Small properties pay $199 a month for 500 minutes; midscale hotels pay $999 a month for 2,500 minutes, and the deployment fee can be waived. Resorts are quoted. Prices as of 2026-10-13. See pricing
