Questions people ask before a pilot.
What do Orda and Caffelytics not do?
Orda does not cook, deliver or make judgment calls. Complaints and anything off-script go to your staff, who can take over the call from the live transcript. Caffelytics does no face recognition, identity matching or individual staff scoring.
What is recorded, and how is it deleted?
Playing the call on this page starts no call and records nothing you say. Caffelytics processes video on the café's PC and stores none of it in its database. How the records on this site are kept and deleted is in the privacy notice. Read the privacy notice
Is the call on this page real?
Yes. Orda answered it at the Papa John's franchise in Hicksville, NY. The Caffelytics screen is real too, from a test recording with faces pixelated. Nothing on this page is synthetic. A written transcript follows once personal details are removed and it is approved.
Which POS does Orda work with?
Orda sends the order the caller confirmed: items, options, quantities and the total, in a POS-ready format. Which POS you run, and how the order reaches it, is settled in a working session before the pilot.
Does Orda take orders in Korean?
Yes. Orda takes orders in Korean and English. The stores where it runs today are in the US; Korean accuracy and response time will be published with their dates once measured.
What does it cost?
Orda starts with a 14-day pilot at one location, and is quoted on your locations and call volume. Caffelytics starts with a free 30-day pilot on one camera. See pricing
