LiveKit Cloud records the call and deletes it after 30 days. Sori keeps the transcript and any details you give. Calls end after 3 minutes.
Inquiry details are kept one year, then destroyed.
The year runs from the day the inquiry closes. The booking form and the contact form follow the same rule.
