Can customers reach Sori by phone?
Not yet. Today customers talk to Sori from your booking page or a call panel on your website, like the one on this page. When a phone line is supported, the Sori page will say so, with the date.
What does Sori not do?
It gives no diagnosis or medical advice, does not reschedule or cancel by voice, and sends no SMS or KakaoTalk confirmations. Care stays with your staff. Questions your information does not answer become a message for your team.
What is recorded, and how is it deleted?
LiveKit Cloud records each call for Sori and deletes it automatically after 30 days. Sori keeps the transcript, a call summary and any name and number given. There is no one-click delete: email shakir@techub.kr with the date and time of the call, and we delete it without delay. Read the privacy notice
Is the call here real?
Yes. You talk to the real Sori, set up for a demo business, and the open times are that business's real calendar. When the live line is closed, the same panel plays a synthetic replay and says so.
