This privacy notice covers the forms, email and live demo calls on techub.kr.

What you type into a form or send us by email, and what a live demo call carries once you start it.

The servers that deliver this site may log your IP address, the time, the page requested and browser details while handling each request. Those logs are used only for security and troubleshooting.

When a page with the live Sori AI call opens, it reads the demo business’s open times and line status straight from Sori AI’s server (api.gohotel.io), which TecHub runs. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and browser details. The Aria panel checks its line status through this site’s own server (/api/aria).

• To schedule and prepare a working session.
• To read and answer your message.
• To run a live demo call you start, for the demo business, and to review call quality.
• To send product updates, only if you opted in.

• Booking requests and messages: one year after the request is closed, then deleted.
• Your product-update choice: kept with that record for the same period. Opt out at any time and sending stops at once.
• Server logs: only as long as security and troubleshooting require.
• Live demo calls: LiveKit Cloud deletes the Sori AI call recording and transcript automatically 30 days after the call. Sori AI’s server keeps the transcript, the call summary and any name and number you give until you ask us to delete them. Aria calls follow gohotel.io’s own policy. Details are under Demo calls.

We do not sell your details or provide them to third parties. Form submissions go from the site's server to TecHub's intake channel. Until that channel is connected, the form opens your own email app and you send it to shakir@techub.kr.

For the live demo calls, the services below process your details on our behalf. Call audio and Sori AI call transcripts move to LiveKit, Inc. in the United States.

Aria calls connect to gohotel.io’s voice console (console.frontlyst.com), which may record and log them under gohotel.io’s own policy. If you do not press Start, nothing goes to these services, and you can watch the synthetic demo instead.

If we hand any other processing to an outside provider, or your details move to another country, the provider, the task, the country, the items, and when and how they move are listed here with a dated revision.

The site has two kinds of call demo. The synthetic demo plays a script and never uses your microphone. The live calls (Sori AI, and gohotel.io’s Aria) open your microphone only when you press Start.

• Sori AI: your voice goes through LiveKit Cloud to Sori AI, and NAVER CLOVA handles speech recognition, the language model and the voice. LiveKit Cloud records the call (audio and transcript) for Sori AI and deletes it automatically 30 days after the call. Sori AI’s server keeps no audio file. It keeps the transcript, a call summary and any name and number you give until you ask us to delete them. They are used to handle the call for the demo business and to review call quality.
• Aria: your voice goes through LiveKit to gohotel.io’s voice console, which may record and log the call under gohotel.io’s own policy. This site’s server keeps no audio or transcript of the call. It holds your IP address in memory for at most an hour after your last call, to limit calls from one network.

There is no one-click delete. To delete what we keep (Sori AI transcripts, call summaries, names and numbers), email shakir@techub.kr with the date and time of your call, and we delete it without delay. The LiveKit Cloud recording is deleted automatically 30 days after the call. A test name and number are fine. Please do not mention health details on the call. If you do, we delete them the same way when you ask.

This site runs no analytics or advertising tools and sets no cookies that identify you or track what you do. The Korean and English editions are told apart by the address (/en), not by a cookie. If that changes, the tool, its purpose and how to refuse it are listed here first.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to stop processing, or to withdraw consent, including consent to product updates. Email the address below. We act within the period Korean law sets and tell you the result. Someone you authorize can ask on your behalf with written authorization.
