Does it show whether sales went up?
No. Sales live in your POS. Retailytics counts the shoppers who reached a display and how long they stayed. It does no face recognition and no age, gender or mood estimation.
What is recorded, and how is it deleted?
Video and images are processed on the store PC and never saved or uploaded. Shoppers are numbered dots with a new number each visit, and you set how long the counts are kept. Reports leave the store only when you export them.
Is the screen on this page real?
No. It is a schematic of the store dashboard's fields, drawn without values. A real screen from a demo store goes here once it is approved.
Which cameras does it work with?
IP cameras, NVRs and DVRs with RTSP, and recorded video files, read on an in-store Windows PC. Reports export as PDF or CSV. Dallang's connections are scoped in a working session.
What does it cost?
Retailytics is sold on a monthly, yearly or perpetual license, quoted on cameras, stores and whether a GPU is used. Dallang is quoted separately. See pricing
